Milan Jovanovic has revealed that Liverpool have told him to find a new club.
The Serbia international arrived on Merseyside on a free transfer last summer following a successful four-year stint at Standard Liege.
The 30-year-old joined the Reds during Rafael Benitez's reign, but the Spaniard left before he had played a match under him.
There has been speculation that Greek club Olympiakos may be interested in signing the winger, who failed to impress under both Roy Hodgson and Kenny Dalglish last season.
"I got the paper from Liverpool that I am free to search for a new club," Jovanovic told the Greek media.
"Up to now, I still haven't received an official offer from Olympiakos, but I am looking forward to hearing their plans." LINK
